I have now set up budget up at least 10 times and for the first 6 of those, Quicken would change the numbers as soon as I did a Cloud sync. I have reset my Cloud data multiple times and then on the most recent attempt, the budget numbers held for a couple weeks. Now I went in this morning and the numbers all changed again.
