The "Fill DEF" light and message on my 2015 RAM Promaster diesel stays on in the EVIC even though the DEF tank is full. I took it to a RAM dealer to see what the issue is. They said I need a new EGR cooler, tube and corresponding gaskets. They quoted me at $3000.00.

Both of these lights are most likely related here to the def issue.If the def fluid is full I suspect a fault with the level sensor in the def tank as it can fail and cause this issue here needing replaced.I would have this tested further to be sure.
