Gsg 1911 22 replacement barrel

Out of curiosity, I took the barrel bushing from a 1911 45 cal gun and fit it in my Sig Sauer 1911 22. About 80% of the GSG/Sig parts are swappable with 1911 GI spec parts. My gun has several 1911 upgraded parts: Grip safey, ambi-thumb safety, hammer strut, grips & steel main spring spring housing (flat).

When the slide stop/release is inserted, the pin is then captured. I you insert the pin from the right side, it will simply fall out since there's only a bit of friction to keep it in place.Features.
