Ford f150 stereo not working

yesterday, I start truck, middle screen is black, no sound from radio. I also notice that the usb's have no power. I pull fuses, they look fine. I disconnect battery, then restart and radio comes on, but it won't let me reset the clock. weird. 3 more trips, the radio is back to normal, I reset the clock, all good.

I have a 1999 Ford F150 The radio was working just fine. However, I can not get it to work now. I checked the fuse (both of them) #1 is a 15amp fuse, #8 is a 5amp fuse. The radio just does not power on at all. Does anyone know if there are other fuse / relay that I need to check. In the ownders manual #1 says Audio and #8 says Radio.
