Chattanooga 311. Does anybody know what's going on with the 311 app? When I try to log a ticket to pick up yard waste, it is no longer an option. There's only the option for missed recycle or missed garbage. One used to be able to request a bulky item, pick up too, but that is also no longer an option. They are on a schedule now.
